Terms of Reference

The following items were listed as the Terms of Reference for the committee and are subject to revision:

1. To identify existing housing related initiatives in the LCCDT area and to act as a catalyst in order to encourage collaboration and prevent duplication.
2. To collect, maintain and share housing related data, either in direct relation to the LCCDT area or larger trends that may have future impact on the area.
3. To increase public awareness on housing initiatives and information that affects the area.
4. To facilitate a regional planning process, related to addressing Accessible Housing needs in the region.
5. To evaluate data and activities and recommend priorities, within the realm of accessible housing, for the region as a whole.
6. And where necessary, coordinate existing housing related efforts to maximize regional impact and benefit.
