Mandate

To support and encourage development within the South Kootenay’s “metallurgical cluster” including mining, metallurgical, environmental and related service industries.  To encourage innovative practices, business development and economic growth throughout the region in these industries.

Functions

• Present and discuss opportunities with committee members.
• Encourage ownership of opportunities with local businesses and/or entrepreneurs.
• Support the development of the opportunities though identifying resources, establishing connections, providing analysis and feedback etc.
